Our duty is to provide best information in relation to the costs of your case. We try to provide real value in legal services for each of our clients.

Funding options

We will explain the various funding options available in relation to the legal work you require and consider which is most appropriate for your case.

• We explain our hourly rates
• We work to stage limits so that you always have an agreed commitment
• We will give you an overall estimate where possible
• We consider with you whether your case will be cost-effective
• We explain alternative funding arrangements 
• We will explain the additional costs known as "disbursments" (for example, payments to third parties such as courts and counsel) that may be required in your case
   

Payment arrangements

We will agree clear and transparent payment terms with you

• We explain the payments requirements as the start of your case 
• We will give you an estimate of the timescale of the case and when payments may be required
• We can take payment online
