Lexcel

Lexcel is the Law Society's Practice Management Standard. The Law Society says:

“It is a scheme for any type of practice to certify that certain standards have been met following independent assessment. The Lexcel practice management standard is only awarded to solicitors who meet the highest management and customer care standards. Lexcel accredited practices undergo rigorous independent assessment every year to ensure they meet required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management”.

In our assessment for the Lexcel Practice Management Standard, the independent assessor said:

“Having carried out the assessment process rigorously and in accordance with the guidelines laid down by The Law Society, I am satisfied beyond any doubt that Lawbridge Solicitors have attained the requirements of The Law Society’s Practice Management Standards and the Lexcel Standard.” 

“It was clear that every point of the standard had been meticulously considered and implementation has been very thorough”. 

“The assessment visit confirmed that the attention to detail demonstrated in the office manual was carried through practically to office procedures. Reviews of both open and closed files demonstrated excellent file management standards”.
